NAMI support groups are peer-led and offer participants an opportunity to share their experiences and gain support from other attendees. Meetings are open to adults 18+ who are seeking mental health support in their community.
NAMI Family Support Group
NAMI Family Support Group is a resource for any family members, significant others, and friends who have a loved one experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition. Support group participants have the chance to gain insight from the challenges and successes of their peers living similar experiences.
